for Posting Your Ad
All Fields Must Be Completed! Keep Reading for Ways to Make Your Ad Effective. |
| 1.
Enter "veteran" without the quotes in the
password field. |
| 2.
In the Filename field use only your last name and a two
digit number, do not add a file extension. In example
"albertson34" or smith67" do not use 11,
22, 33 and so on. |
| 3.
In the Headline field of course your headline. Be
explicite. Do not use "Looking for my frend
John" use "Looking for John Jones" This is
what the guest clicks on to see the rest of the ad. Give
them a reasonJJ. |
| 4.
In the lead paragraph field put one or two short
sentences that describe who you are looking for. |
| 5.
In Story Body you have up to 150 words to fully describe
who you are looking for or what group you are looking
for. To make sure you describe it fully, use the writers
who, what, where when and how. You must also include a valid
contact. Ads over 150 words
will be deleted. |
| 6.
VetsCom Looking For Ads are for veterans, military their
family members or veterans friends. Commercial ads and
ads leading to pay for informatio,n telephone numbers or
sites are expressly forbidden. If you have an event then

No ads with profanity, cryptic or secret meanings,
advocating racial or religious hatred or the violent
overthrow of the government of the United States are
allowed. Yes we understand how you feel about the VA but
in that case use "Sound Off." JJ. |
