We are not the Department of Veteran’s Affairs but a lot of guys coming out of the Air Force and National Guard, in particular, have been told to go to Vets.com instead of Vets.gov due to some error that keeps getting put out in new ETS briefings.

First

if you are looking to setup direct deposit, you’ll want to make sure you have an ID.me or Login.gov acct and then go to the VA’s website here:

https://www.va.gov/change-direct-deposit/

If you are not able to login to that page it means you still have to setup your ID.me or Login.gov account. Attempting to login without an account will force a prompt from the website which asks you to setup an ID.me or Login.gov acct by verifying your identity.
