How do I request a copy of my VA disability benefits paid to me for 2020 and 2021?

Hey Raymond,

It looks like the best way to look at your VA disability payment history is through the VA website here:

https://www.va.gov/va-payment-history/

You will need a Login.gov, ID.me, DS Logon, or My HealtheVet account to login.

After logging in you’ll be a redirected to a page showing your payment history. 

This is helpful if you only need to see your VA disability payment history.

I have not found a way to obtain a hardcopy but I would recommend taking a screenshot, or just using your browser’s built in “Print” function for each page you need.

The payment history results show 6 payments per page so you’ll need to print 2-3 pages for each year of records you want to save.

To print any webpage your viewing use the command “Ctrl” + “P” to print on Windows or “Cmd” + “P” on Mac

I didn’t find a way to request the documents through the mail but there is an 800 number for their help desk which I’m sure will put you through some hoops on an automated system but they might be able to give you that info.
